Co-Founder
Michael London comes from a family of data engineers. His father, Robert worked with early database technology and was regarded as one of the top programmers in his time.
While in his early twenties, Michael lost his dad to terminal cancer, igniting an unwavering drive within him to carry on his father’s legacy of helping others through the use of technology and design.
Michael’s passion crystallized in the realm of healthcare fundraising, where he has made groundbreaking strides. A pioneer in algorithmic fraud detection and donor prospecting, he developed innovative tools and methodologies that have empowered fundraising professionals to achieve remarkable results.
During his decade as the Senior Director of Prospect Research, Prospect Management, Systems, and Analytics at the Cleveland Clinic Philanthropy Institute, he managed a diverse and multi-functional team comprised of prospect managers, researchers, systems and analytics professionals. Under his leadership the team sharpened their focus on process innovation, data modeling, lead generation, portfolio management, donor analytics, and prospect and financial reporting.
Prior to working at Cleveland Clinic, Michael spent three years as a fraud investigator for Sears Holdings Corporation where he managed fraud detection for the enterprise. During that time, he created and implemented dozens of fraud reports and algorithms detecting hundreds of cases and millions of dollars in fraud annually.
Michael’s expertise is widely sought after, and he has presented at premier conferences including Tableau, APRA, AAMC, and the University of Michigan FORUM gathering, among others.
When he’s not pushing tech boundaries, you can find him pushing his skills in mountain biking, hiking, or indulging his passion for competitive pinball.
He lives in Cleveland, Ohio with his wife and two young sons.
